Job Description

Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges.

The Pricing Specialist will be responsible for managing air freight pricing activities, supporting sales and network teams with competitive quotations, coordinating with airline partners, and ensuring timely RFQ submissions, bookings, and invoice validation for both import and export shipments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and share day-to-day air freight quotations with Sales and Network teams for Import and Export shipments.
  • Negotiate rates with airlines and build strong carrier relationships to ensure competitive pricing and service support.
  • Manage RFQ submissions for Airfreight (Import & Export), including rate analysis, internal discussions, and timely submission before deadlines.
  • Coordinate bookings with airlines and ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Review and validate CSR invoices, including CASS and IATA-related billing accuracy.
  • Monitor market trends and maintain pricing competitiveness while supporting business growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree / equivalent degree
  • 5–10 years of experience in Airfreight Pricing / Freight Forwarding.
  • Strong knowledge of airline pricing, RFQ management, CASS, and IATA processes.
  • Good negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
