Pricing Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement pricing structures aligned with category strategy
Monitor and manage: Pricing performance, Price realization and leakage
Support price adjustments : Cost Changes , Market competitiveness
Costing & Margin Management : Analyze cost structures and margin performance at SKU and category level , Conduct what-if simulations: Price increase , pass thru and promotional initiatives.
Market & Competitive Benchmarking : Benchmark against key brands and market alternatives , Pricing Validation thru internal pricing clawing system.
System & Data Governance : Maintain pricing and costing accuracy in SAP
Ensure compliance with pricing policies and audit requirements
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management Lead sourcing activities : RFQ / RFP processes, Cost benchmarking
Strategic Sourcing for Substitution opportunities , Cost-down alternatives
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain, with exposure to Data Analytics or Finance, and a minimum of 2 years of related experience
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Exceland strong negotiation and commercial thinking skills, with sourcing experience
Effective communicator, well-versed in verbal and written communication in English and the native language
Relevant working experience with the ability to understand margin and pricing logic, including:
Supplier or commercial exposure
Understanding of trade terms(rebates, MOQs, credit terms)
Knowledge of markup and cost pass-through concepts
