Shape the Architecture behind our business-critical Pricing platform
Are you ready to take ownership of the system architecture behind one of STARK Group’s most critical capabilities? As our new Pricing Software Architect, you will help shape and govern how our pricing platforms are designed, built, and evolved across a complex enterprise landscape. You bring structure to complexity and ensure our solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with clear architectural principles.
Your role and impact
In this role, you help set the architectural direction for our pricing landscape. You work closely with development teams, architects, and key business stakeholders across our European business units. You will be part of our architecture community, driving coherence, consistency, and long-term sustainability in how pricing solutions are designed and extended.
In this role you will:
Define and document the system architecture for our pricing platforms, including components, integrations, and dependencies.
Ensure that solutions meet functional and non‑functional requirements such as scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Establish and drive architectural standards that create consistency, reuse, and long‑term sustainability across the Software Engineering CoE.
Act as a governance anchor by maintaining architectural documentation and ensuring it is applied throughout development and system evolution.
Provide clear architectural guidance to development teams and contribute to key design decisions.
You will be successful in this role when your guidance creates clarity for teams in their day-to-day decisions, and when architectural documentation becomes a trusted and practical reference point. Over time, your impact will be seen in stronger alignment across systems and stakeholders, and in pricing solutions that are more stable, predictable, and scalable. Ultimately, your work contributes to a robust pricing foundation that supports both business growth and commercial excellence across all markets.
What You Bring
We are looking for a structured, technically strong Software Architect who enjoys bringing clarity to complex system landscapes. You thrive in environments with many stakeholders and take ownership of ensuring that architecture is not only defined — but applied in real solutions. You communicate direction clearly and can align with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Key qualifications:
Extensive experience in software architecture or engineering within large‑scale IT environments, with a strong understanding of modern architectural principles.
Solid foundation in .NET development practices and experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Kafka.
Experience working with cloud platforms preferably Microsoft Azure and exposure to MACH principles.
Strong communicator who can guide, influence, and align both engineers and stakeholders in Danish and English.
What we offer
We offer the opportunity to shape one of the most business‑critical architectural domains in STARK Group’s digital transformation. This is a high‑impact role where your architectural direction, technical leadership, and ability to create alignment directly influence platform stability, scalability, and business performance. You will have space to set standards, define guardrails, and drive a domain where your work is clearly felt.
The role is based in Viby J with expected travel of up to 20 days per year
