Join us a Pricing & Revenue Manager - Point of Sale Lending

  • You will be joining our Commercial Strategy team, and will be instrumental in enabling profitable growth for our business.
  • You will be supporting the development of our Point of Sale Lending deal pricing strategy and pricing models. You will also be advising our Sales teams in the deal pricing process for new client opportunities
  • You will also be playing an integral role in the in-life commercial performance management and the development of the annual and long-term revenue plan for NatWest Boxed

What you'll do

As a Pricing & Revenue Manager, you’ll support the management of the pricing strategy for Point of Sale Lending, balancing commercial and customer needs. We’ll look to you to make sure that pricing structures are transparent and fair, creating win-win commercial constructs for NatWest Boxed and our clients.

Additionally, you will be playing a key role in managing the in-life commercial performance of our Point of Sale Lending product, feeding into our revenue plan and helping us measure progress against targets.

You'll also be:

  • Developing new deal pricing models and commercial structures across our Point of Sale Lending product suite
  • Advising our Sales teams on optimal commercial structures, pricing modelling and margin guidance as part of the deal process
  • Creating and maintaining our framework to monitor pricing effectiveness and commercial performance, as well as the operating model we utilise to define our pricing strategy and approach
  • Supporting the annual and long-term revenue planning for NW Boxed and the ongoing cadence of measuring our progress against the budget
  • Being part of our Commercial Strategy team, you will also have the opportunity to get exposure and contribute to our pricing strategy for our existing Unsecured Personal Lending and Deposits propositions

The skills you'll need

To be successful in this role, we’ll expect you to be highly numerate with strong analytical expertise. You'll also have at least three to five years of experience in pricing or commercial finance roles within embedded finance, or Point of Sale Lending

We’ll also expect you to have:

  • The ability to analyse and evaluate significant amounts of information to aid sound decision making
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to influence to senior management levels
  • The ability to apply Agile ways of working and risk management
