  • Develop and manage customized rate cards aligned with shipper needs and company profitability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate pricing requests and define competitive strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis to monitor competitor pricing and identify opportunities.
  • Lead profitability and cost optimization initiatives based on company strategy.
  • Own P&L forecasting (regular and ad-hoc) and align assumptions with relevant teams.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
  • Bridge management and operations in cost-related initiatives and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and optimize operational KPIs, incentives, and payschemes to ensure efficiency and fairness.
  • Requirements

    • Min. Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university
    • +4 years experience as data analyst, market research, operation analyst
    • Curiosity and eager to learn in a fast paced environment also self learn under minimal direction
    • Understanding research methods & data analyst tools (Excel, SQL, Solver, Tableu)
    • Detail oriented, & data driven
    • Problem solver and structure thinking
    • Have strong communication & interpersonal skill
