Statement

As a Pricing & Portfolio Analyst (d/f/m), you will play a key role in our mission to provide innovative healthcare solutions worldwide. Through in-depth analysis, creative problem-solving, and close collaboration with our international teams, you will help ensure that our pricing strategies promote both patient access to our products and sustainable growth for the company.

We are seeking a strategic Pricing Analyst for our headquarters in Duderstadt.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • You will analyze global pricing data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize pricing strategies
  • You will incorporate local insights on reimbursement and healthcare policy into pricing and portfolio decisions for each country
  • You will develop data-driven pricing recommendations and present the results to management and country teams worldwide
  • As a business partner, you will collaborate with global subsidiaries and support local teams in both strategic pricing and business model design
  • You will monitor the competition and track industry benchmarks to proactively adjust pricing strategies

Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business, data science, health economics, or a related field
  • You have 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis or pricing/financial analysis—ideally, you have gained this experience in the healthcare sector or in medical technology
  • You are proficient in using data tools (advanced Excel skills, experience with Power BI or similar BI tools; SQL/SAP skills are a plus)
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
  • Your strengths include strong presentation skills, and it's easy for you to engage stakeholders
  • You think analytically, are detail-oriented, and can translate analyses into actionable insights
  • You adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
