Pricing Manager Norway

What you will enjoy doing

• Take ownership of all pricing, contract, and analytical aspects for BU Norway
• Drive pricing performance, ensuring delivery of price targets and sustainable margin growth
• Partner strategically with BU sales and leadership to lead pricing processes, analytics, governance, and contract management across the business unit
• Leverage data analytics and collaborate with market intelligence to generate insights that support smart, profitable growth decisions
• Design and implement a comprehensive contract strategy for REN in close collaboration with regional business and legal teams

What makes you great

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field, with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or Analytics
• Minimum three years of experience in analytical or sales roles, including working with large, complex datasets and analytics projects
• At least three years of experience within the Industrial Gases industry or the Financial sector
• Proven ability to develop, drive, and implement strategic projects and complex programs
• Extensive experience working in international and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of gases business, including products, markets, and customer dynamics
• Solid track record in project management, data and analytics initiatives, and change management
• Ability to develop innovative concepts, programs, and strategies
• Demonstrated capability to manage and deliver multiple strategic initiatives in parallel, often under time pressure
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across functions and seniority levels within an organization
