As Pricing Manager – Co-working & M&E, you are responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies across our co-working memberships, meeting & event spaces, and flexible work products. You translate commercial objectives into pricing decisions that maximize revenue, occupancy, and profitability while delivering exceptional customer experience.Working closely with membership, sales, operations andmarketing, you'll continuously analyze market trends, customer demand and business performance to identify pricing opportunities and support sustainable growth across our portfolio.The Revenue & Distribution department aims to optimize all revenue opportunities throughout the customer journey and maximize net revenues.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies for coworking memberships, meeting rooms and event spaces.
  • Monitor demand patterns, booking pace, competitor pricing and market trends to optimize pricing and commercial performance.
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and pricing recommendations for coworking and M&E products.
  • Analyze customer behavior, utilization and booking data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Partner closely with revenue management, sales, marketing, membership, operations and data teams to align pricing strategies with commercial initiatives and campaigns.
  • Support the development of pricing models for flexible workspace solutions.
  • Identify commercial opportunities, risks and proactively recommend actions to improve performance.
  • Initiate dashboards, reports and analyses creation that support data-driven decision making.
  • Ensure pricing integrity across all systems and customer touchpoints.
  • Continuously evaluate pricing effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximize profitability.
  • Share your expertise with colleagues and contribute to developing best practices across the business.

What You'll Have

  • You have 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management or commercial analytics.
  • Experience within coworking, flexible workspaces, hospitality, real estate or commercial pricing is a strong advantage.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Econometrics, Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy turning data into commercial decisions.
  • You have excellent Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL or other BI tools is an advantage.
  • You are fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.
  • Experience working with booking or workspace management systems is a plus.
  • You communicate confidently with stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • You are structured, accurate and commercially minded.
  • You take ownership, enjoy solving complex challenges and continuously look for ways to improve.
  • You're proactive, curious and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
