We're proud to have been recognised as the Best Place to Work at the Modern Claims Awards 2026 — a reflection of our commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive and empowering environment where everyone can thrive.

We have an exciting opportunity to join us at Covéa Insurance, where you'll be part of an inclusive and supportive organisation that puts people first, both our customers and our colleagues.

At Covéa, we know there's no one-size-fits-all way of working. We actively support flexible hours, part-time options and different working patterns, and we encourage open conversations about what works best for you and your life.

The Team

Our Market Pricing team plays a key role in supporting Covéa's strategic objectives through pricing insight, predictive modelling and analysis. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, the team helps shape pricing strategies that support profitable growth and positive customer outcomes.

As a Pricing Manager, you'll play a key leadership role within the team, leading analysts and senior analysts while working closely with the Head of Market Pricing and senior stakeholders. You'll help drive innovation, influence pricing strategy and support the continued evolution of our pricing capabilities through data, modelling and insight.

What you can expect in this role

  • You'll play a key role in delivering pricing recommendations, insight and analysis that support Covéa's strategic objectives.

  • You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, helping to shape pricing decisions and deliver positive business outcomes.

  • You'll contribute to a team that's focused on innovation, collaboration and continuously improving the way we work.

  • You'll lead and develop analysts and senior analysts, creating an environment where people can thrive and perform at their best.

  • You'll have opportunities to influence pricing strategy, drive best practice and support the future development of our pricing capabilities.

What you might bring

  • Significant experience within a General Insurance Pricing environment.

  • Experience leading, coaching and developing technical teams, while driving high performance and collaboration.

  • Excellent analytical capability, including experience of predictive modelling and data-driven decision making.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels.

  • A passion for innovation, continuous improvement and developing pricing capabilities that deliver measurable business value.

💡 Not sure you tick every box? That's okay.

We recognise that great candidates bring different experiences and perspectives. If this role interests you and you believe you could add value, we encourage you to apply - even if you don't meet every requirement.
