We are seeking a Pricing Manager to take ownership of pricing strategy across our existing product portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring profitability by analyzing cost structures, monitoring margin performance, and optimizing pricing decisions on current business—not new product development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage pricing strategy across existing products and customer programs
- Analyze cost changes (materials, labor, overhead) and assess impact on profitability
- Evaluate product-level and customer-level profit & loss performance
- Identify margin erosion risks and recommend pricing adjustments or corrective actions
- Partner with Estimating and Sales to align pricing with current cost structures
- Collaborate with Finance to validate financial accuracy and margin targets
- Support quoting activity by ensuring pricing reflects updated cost assumptions
- Develop and maintain pricing models, tools, and reporting dashboards
- Work closely with Sales and Estimating to implement pricing updates with customers
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve overall pricing strategy
What Success Looks Like:
- Improved visibility into profitability across existing business
- Proactive identification and correction of margin compression
- Streamlined and consistent pricing processes
- Strong cross-functional alignment between Sales, Estimating, and Finance
- Measurable improvement in gross margin performance
Qualifications:
- Experience in pricing, financial analysis, estimating, or cost analysis
- Strong understanding of cost structures and margin management in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable pricing strategies
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP or pricing systems preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making
