Key Responsibilities

Pricing Implementation & Execution:

1. • Lead the implementation of pricing models into billing and transaction systems, ensuring alignment with commercial agreements and product offerings.
   • Translate complex pricing structures (e.g., interchange pass-throughs, tiered transaction fees, volume discounts) into system logic and operational workflows.
   • Partner with Product and Technology teams to validate pricing configurations and support system testing.

Financial Analysis & Modeling:

2. • Support financial models to assess the impact of pricing changes on revenue, margins, and customer profitability.
   • Analyze transaction-level data to ensure pricing accuracy and identify discrepancies or revenue leakage including Card brand fees.
   • Support forecasting and budgeting processes with pricing-related inputs.

Operational Oversight:

3. • Monitor pricing implemented and passed through across customer segments and geographies, identifying areas for improvement or adjustment.
   • Collaborate with Billing and Revenue Assurance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and fee application.
   • Develop and maintain documentation for pricing rules, implementation processes, and change controls.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

4. • Work closely with Sales, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure pricing implementation aligns with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
   • Provide pricing insights and support during product launches, migrations, and system upgrades.

Reporting & Insights:

5. • Create dashboards and reports to track pricing effectiveness, financial KPIs, and operational health.
   • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
   • Support management team on any ad hoc tasks, when required
