We are looking for a Pricing Executive to support Singtel's Sales team with competitive and commercially viable pricing for International Data, Domestic Internet and Managed Services.

You will support quotation requests, conduct pricing and commercial analysis, benchmark pricing across different solution types and work with multiple stakeholders to develop pricing recommendations that balance competitiveness with target margins.

Make an Impact by:

  1. Pricing & Quotation Support
  • Provide timely day-to-day responses to Sales quotation requests and pricing-analysis requirements.
  • Support agreed commercial KPIs, including win rate, total contract value and quotation turnaround time.
  • Independently manage routine pricing requests and support moderately complex opportunities within established pricing guidelines.
  • Ensure pricing submissions are accurate, complete and supported by the required commercial information.
  1. Pricing & Commercial Analysis
  • Develop pricing recommendations for International Data, Domestic Internet and Managed Services.
  • Ensure proposed pricing is aligned with overall win-price objectives and target margins.
  • Review individual solution components to support sustainable margins.
  • Apply pricing and commercial analysis to identify suitable options for customer and business requirements.
  • Escalate pricing exceptions, cross-subsidy requirements and opportunities outside approved pricing or margin parameters for appropriate review.
  1. Pricing Benchmarking & Market Competitiveness
  • Conduct pricing benchmarks across relevant solution types.
  • Analyse historical, market, cost and commercial information to support competitive pricing decisions.
  • Identify pricing differences and opportunities to improve competitiveness.
  • Apply appropriate judgement when customer requirements, service configurations or market conditions vary.
  1. Stakeholder Coordination & Negotiation
  • Work closely with Sales and other internal stakeholders to obtain timely cost, technical and commercial inputs required for quotations and approvals.
  • Negotiate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders to support improved margins while maintaining price competitiveness.
  • Clearly communicate pricing rationale, commercial considerations and required approvals.
  • Serve as the pricing point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  1. Commercial Governance
  • Prepare pricing recommendations for standard and moderately complex opportunities within approved pricing, margin and discount guidelines.
  • Ensure pricing decisions comply with established commercial and governance requirements.
  • Escalate larger network opportunities, multi-service deals and pricing cases requiring higher-level approval.
  • Maintain appropriate pricing information and supporting documentation for commercial decisions.

Skills for Success

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial, finance, sales operations or business analysis.
  • Good Microsoft Excel and data-analysis skills.
  • Understanding of pricing and commercial analysis.
  • Good financial acumen and ability to interpret commercial information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and stakeholder-coordination skills.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple pricing requests and deliver within tight timelines.
  • Strong accountability and ownership of assigned work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Sales and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving ability when working within established pricing guidelines.
  • Exposure to the telecommunications, ICT or managed-services industry.
  • Telecommunications product knowledge.
  • Commercial mindset and an understanding of margin and price competitiveness.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving pricing or commercial issues.
