As a Pricing Coordinator, you will be a key contributor within the Lumina Support Team, playing an important role in pricing, reporting and data management that underpins sales activity and supplier relationships. This is a hands‑on role where accurate data and clear pricing insight directly support commercial decisions.
This Pricing Coordinator position would suit someone who enjoys working with numbers, Excel and systems, and is keen to develop practical commercial and data skills in a fast‑moving.
Lumina Energy is a UK-based energy consultancy founded in 2012 and part of the Commercial Services Group, which is owned by Kent County Council. The company specialises in helping businesses manage their energy needs by offering services like energy procurement, usage data management, and carbon reduction planning. They are particularly focused on assisting companies in becoming more energy-efficient, reducing costs, and working towards sustainability goals.
The Pricing Coordinator plays a key role in managing pricing data and commercial reports, ensuring the business has reliable and up‑to‑date information to support tenders, sales activity and supplier engagement.
This is a role where accuracy, organisation and confidence with numbers are essential, with responsibility for maintaining pricing consistency and supporting informed decision making.
Managing pricing and data reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Preparing price comparisons and tender analysis to support sales teams.
Downloading, structuring and maintaining data in line with agreed formats.
Working with suppliers to gather and standardise pricing information.
Maintaining CRM pricing records and supporting data uploads.
Supporting wider Lumina activity, including sales submissions, credit checks, invoice checks and reporting tasks.
Proven experience in a data, pricing, admin or analytical role.
Strong Excel skills, including confidence with basic formulas and data handling.
The ability to spot errors, inconsistencies and pricing issues.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.
A proactive, practical and solutions‑focused approach.
Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team.
Salary of £25,949. 96 to £28,000 per annum.
25 days annual leave, rising to 27 after four years
