Job Description

Meadow Gold Dairy has an immediate job opening for fast paced and motivated Pricing Coordinator at our Dairy Plant in Las Vegas, NV

Responsibilities

  • Update new price listings two Wednesday from the end of each month for next month sales. Price list for the mass price change done through the excel 95 spreadsheets uploaded through the automated upload into the DMS price lists.
  • Separate price lists manually loaded for various local customers, and all national customers price lists emailed from the various managers then uploaded into Las Vegas price lists.
  • AR collections calls on all local past due balances. AR research into short pays, unpaid invoices, overpayments, all customer concerns. Determine cause of the AR past due balances and issue adjustments for pricing errors, damaged items, returned items, and undelivered items. Make customer contacts by email, text and or phone calls as required to complete AR collections.
  • Upload daily production data into DMS system for bulk runs, packaged runs, and ending inventories.
  • Periodic cream shipments, both in and out, received in bound shipments enter receipt pounds and invoice cost into DMS. Setup any new cream vendors in DMS. Out bound enter the pounds sold and the price and create the invoice to the customer or intercompany plant shipped to.
  • Daily enter KPI statistics into the portal for production hours, any downtime and line breakdowns.
  • Custom sales reports on customer as requested.
  • Month end closing for DMS; confirm P. O.s closed, Route settlements completed, any route settlement variances between DMS pick tickets and driver handheld invoices are adjusted, all inventory balance issues are adjusted, and all AR adjustments are posted.
  • Office supplies order as required.

Monday - Friday 7:30AM – 4:00PM

Minimum Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a data entry or analytical role
  • High School graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving / decision making skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrate initiative to learn new tasks and acquire skills
  • Skilled in data retrieval and database manipulation and organization
  • Strong capability to execute tasks and ensure work plan completion with quality
  • Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations
  • Strong time management skills (i.e. setting priorities)
