Job Description

About Reap

Reap is a global financial technology company headquartered in Hong Kong with employees across multiple countries. We enable financial connectivity and access for businesses worldwide by combining traditional finance with stablecoins for efficient money movement.

Through our stablecoin-powered corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools, we streamline financial operations and help businesses scale. Our APIs enable businesses to integrate stablecoin-enabled finance into their own products and services—from issuing Visa cards to facilitating cross-border payments.

Backed by leading investors including Acorn Pacific, Index Ventures and HashKey Capital, Reap is building the future of borderless, stablecoin-enabled finance.

Why Reap?

Reap has scaled to a $600M acquisition valuation on the strength of product-market fit and an aggressive, sales-led go-to-market. The next phase — through platform expansion, new product lines, and strategic integration — requires commercial rigour to match that momentum.

Today, pricing maturity varies across business lines. Reap operates at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets — card issuing (CaaS), payments (Reap Pay), expense management (Reap Direct), and partner card programs (CPMaaS)— surfacing gaps around card and payments pricing, subscription tiers, and contract-level economics that need dedicated ownership.

This role exists to close that gap. Sitting under the FP&A team in Finance, you will own Reap's commercial strategy and pricing architecture with a primary focus on CaaS, CPMaaS, and adjacent product pricing structures. You will be the dedicated owner of how Reap prices, packages, and commercially structures its card issuing and partner program offerings, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales/GTM, and Finance to build the frameworks that do not exist yet.

If you want to shape the commercial foundations of a high-growth fintech at an inflection point, this is the role.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the pricing strategy across the business lines. Design, maintain, and evolve pricing frameworks for Reap's product stack. Analyse interchange economics, scheme fee structures, FX spreads, subscription tiers, and contract-level unit economics to ensure pricing captures value and supports margin targets.

  • Optimise and extend product pricing structures. Evaluate and refine pricing models as products evolve. Ensure pricing architecture scales with the product suite rather than fragmenting across one-off deal terms.

  • Build the commercial modelling capability. Develop financial models and provide the analytical backbone for new deal structuring, partnership agreements, and product launches.

  • Drive customer and partner segmentation. Understand the cost-to-serve, willingness to pay, and pricing elasticity across Reap's customer and partner base.

  • Act as the commercial SME in strategic deals. Partner with Sales and Product in client and partner conversations where complex pricing, deal structuring, or ecosystem context affects outcomes.

  • Support strategic integration workstream - cross-sell economics, joint go-to-market pricing, embedded product structures, and synergy tracking.

What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial strategy, pricing, FP&A, or strategic finance, with meaningful exposure to the payments, fintech, or financial services sector.

  • Deep understanding of payments economics — interchange, scheme fees, FX, subscription and transaction-based pricing models. Experience with card issuing, BaaS/embedded finance, or partner card program economics is strongly preferred.

  • Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to build from first principles. You can quantify pricing scenarios, model unit economics, and stress-test assumptions across different customer segments and product configurations.

  • Commercially intuitive. You understand how pricing decisions play out in sales conversations, partner negotiations, and customer retention. You can move between a spreadsheet and a client meeting.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will work across Product, Sales, Finance, and leadership — often navigating competing priorities and building consensus on commercial direction.

  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable commercial recommendations. SQL proficiency or experience with BI/analytics tools is a strong plus.

  • Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity. This function is being built, not inherited. You will define the scope, set the priorities, and create the frameworks.

Nice to Have
  • Experience building a pricing or commercial strategy function from scratch within a high-growth environment.

  • Exposure to crypto, stablecoins, or Web3 — understanding the nuances of pricing for a digitally native customer base.

  • Background at a payments incumbent combined with startup or scale-up experience.

  • Familiarity with enterprise deal structuring, partner economics, or platform pricing.

  • Professional qualifications (CFA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) are a plus but not required.

Your Adventure Benefits
  • A greenfield role: you are building the commercial strategy function, not maintaining someone else's.

  • Direct impact on how Reap prices and packages across every business line.

  • A high-impact role in a rapidly growing fintech company.

  • Flexible hybrid work environment with a global, collaborative team.

  • Insurance coverage after probation.

  • Reap Card stipend.

  • Use of AI tools at work, and the space to learn, experiment, and grow with them.

  • A culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning.
