As a Pricing & Business Analyst you will provide tools, analysis and information to support business decision making processes for Directors and GTM.

What you will do:

• Provide all information and analysis required to support business decision and presentations for Directors and GTM. Considering the sense and the key takeaway for the message.
• Support of QBR, MBR, Goal and LE´s presentations
• Effective support to the development of the strategic plan.
• Leader of “Prices of list”, preparation of scenarios (pricing).
• Economical valuation of contracting business and comparation versus scenarios, considering of impact by corn premises.
• Valuation of planning scenarios in terms or profitability.
• Commercial Strategy Models to decision making.
• Process reengineering to significantly reducing workload and complexity, improving response time and efficiency versus existing systems and process.
• Training for GTM teams in terms of specialties, commercial process and administration.
• Business Analysis in terms of profitability (Business Impact, reason for variations, identification, interpretation and knowledge of the impact on profitability)
• Information generation (scheduled and unscheduled) in time and quality (monthly closing process, Innovation Promise, Specialties, Close Won, support for salespersons, managers, business management and other areas that require our support)
• Support with data and tools for projects such as: Customer Segmentation, EveryOne In, Fenix Challenge, Specialties/Sales Force, etc.
• Following of Market Sugar, prices, futures, harvest, productions, inventories, imports, exports, etc.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or similar; CPA or MBA a plus
• 3+ years of significant experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, accounting, sales support, or equivalent.
• Must be able to analyze financial results and financial/strategic impacts of business decisions
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make and support decisions to resolve problems and take advantage of opportunities
• Proven proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite Software Programs (Excel, Visual Basic Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
• SAP and BPC knowledge is desirable
