🔍 Estamos buscando un(a) Business Intelligence Intern
🌟 Duración del proyecto: 6 meses
🌍 Ubicación: El Salvador
🎯 Objetivo principal
Apoyar en el monitoreo y análisis de los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) del equipo de transacción/suscripción, contribuyendo a la generación de información estratégica mediante la integración, validación y análisis de datos para la toma de decisiones del negocio.
🧩 Responsabilidades
Colaborar con equipos interfuncionales para integrar datos provenientes de diferentes plataformas.
Desarrollar y optimizar flujos de trabajo para la recopilación, transformación y consolidación de datos.
Garantizar la precisión, consistencia y confiabilidad de la información utilizada en el seguimiento de KPIs.
Implementar controles de validación y apoyar en auditorías periódicas de calidad de datos.
Generar reportes y dashboards para visualizar el desempeño de indicadores clave.
Analizar datos para identificar tendencias, patrones, anomalías y oportunidades de mejora.
Apoyar en la automatización y estandarización de procesos de análisis e inteligencia de negocios.
Contribuir a la generación de insights que apoyen la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
🔎 Perfil
Estudiante de 4.º o 5.º año, o recién graduado de Ingeniería de Negocios, Economía y Negocios, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
Interés en análisis de datos, inteligencia de negocios y mejora continua.
Conocimiento de SQL (deseable).
Dominio de Excel y/o Power BI.
Pensamiento analítico y orientación al detalle.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes áreas.
Proactividad y habilidad para resolver problemas.
