Supports the Pricing Manager in delivering pricing governance, costing, margin optimization, bid support, contract compliance, and billing accuracy across all LOBs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing excellence,

  • Ensuring Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner.
  • Conduct Margin review for corporate account for price increases or bid reviews.
    Help pricing/proposal team update bid sheets with existing pricing to speed up the review and discussion of new rates for RFP response.
  • Obtain cost data from different departments to review each month and update our system costs to keep cost and margins up to date and push sell rates up.
  • Run System Reports to evaluate margins of customers.
  • Create Excel files for price review on bids and to evaluate cost changes for multiple items.
  • Update cost in system as needed.
  • Generate Rate Sheets/ Pricing Schedules as requested with modified rates for specific accounts.
  • Help enter information into systems such as customer set-ups and linking acts
    Evaluate Solvent recycling profit looking at front end and back-end costs and revenue.
  • Validate and approve quotes.
  • Work on periodic pricing updates.
  • Maintain FAQ trackers, pricing reference documentation, and operational governance reports.
  • Validate invoice pricing against established pricing multipliers and recommend adjustments where required.
  • Assist Pricing Managers on billing queries, help resolve unbilled queries for the billing team.

Functional Requirement:
1) 1 – 4 years of working experience in Pricing Roles, Costing Roles, Financial Analyst.
2) Strong command over communication (written and verbal).
3) Team Player & Commitment towards role and responsibility; detail oriented.


Technical Skills:
1) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
2) Ability to pull data together and draw conclusions.
3) Should have very good excel skills, SQL, Reporting & Power BI would be added advantage
4) Should be proficient with Microsoft office suite, especially Excel (Advanced)

Academic Background:
Preferred: Bachelor's degree (B. Com, B.Sc., M.Sc., CMA, or MBA–Finance).

Shift Timings: 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST / Flexible with shift timings as per Business needs
