Job Description

 PRICING AND RECEIVING MANAGER
Retail Group • Turks and Caicos • USD $70,000 - $90,000 + up to 10% Bonus

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Pricing and Receiving Manager for a well-established retail group in the Turks and Caicos. This is a key leadership role overseeing product pricing, cost management, and receiving operations across multiple retail formats including traditional grocery stores, a cash and carry, and a foodservice operation.

This is a people-first role as much as it is a technical one. You will be leading an established team and navigating an exciting period of change as the business invests in new systems and processes. We are looking for someone who can earn trust, inspire loyalty, and bring the team along on that journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Oversee product pricing, gross profit margins, and cost management across all retail formats and brands
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for promotions, special offers, and bulk adjustments
  • Conduct regular competitor price analyses and collaborate with Retail, Accounting, and Purchasing to maintain competitive positioning
  • Manage cost and price updates within the POS system, ensuring data accuracy in coordination with IT
  • Supervise the electronic receiving process for local and international invoices, ensuring timely and accurate system entry
  • Oversee tagging operations to ensure accurate labelling and pricing across all stores
  • Review vendor bulletins and invoices to verify product setup, costs, and barcode information
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Pricing and Receiving team, driving engagement and high performance
  • Partner with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and drive continuous improvement
  • Support the rollout of new IT systems and infrastructure improvements as they come online

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail pricing, business analysis, or retail operations management
  • Caribbean experience is strongly preferred — familiarity with island retail dynamics is a genuine advantage
  • A natural people leader with the warmth, credibility, and communication skills to motivate and retain an established team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a personality that earns trust — this is as much about people as it is about process
  • Proven ability to lead through change, including system transitions and process improvements
  • Experience in inventory management, POS systems, and retail data analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Droste or similar systems is an asset
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

WHAT'S OFFERED
  • USD $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience
  • Performance bonus of up to 10%
  • Local medical insurance
  • A leadership role in one of the most established retail operations in the Turks and Caicos
