We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially aware Pricing and Rebates Officer to support pricing accuracy, rebate processing, and data integrity across Australia and New Zealand. This role plays an important part in ensuring our pricing and rebate processes run smoothly while supporting the TENA business.

About the Role

As a Pricing and Rebates Officer, you will support the day-to-day management of pricing and rebate activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. You’ll work closely with teams across Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to maintain pricing data, resolve queries, and support reporting.

What You Will Do

  • Calculate and process customer and end-user rebates (monthly, quarterly, annual) in line with agreements

  • Validate rebate calculations and support credit note approvals to ensure accuracy

  • Review and investigate pricing and rebate queries, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner

  • Maintain pricing master data, including wholesale pricing and contract records

  • Monitor and identify pricing discrepancies across systems (e.g. SAP), escalating where required

  • Support the execution of price updates and ensure system accuracy

  • Assist in preparing regular reports on rebate spend, pricing compliance, and trends

  • Support pricing inputs for tenders and customer reviews

  • Contribute to process improvements, including increasing efficiency and reducing manual work

  • Maintain documentation and support audit requirements

Who You Are

You are a highly organized and detail-focused professional who enjoys working with data and supporting commercial operations. You bring;

  • 3 plus years’ experience in pricing, finance, customer service, or sales support environments

  • Strong Excel skills (e.g. formulas, data analysis, reconciliations)

  • Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous

  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) is beneficial but not essential

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies

  • Good communication skills and ability to work across teams

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
