Our Pricing and Proposals team plays a critical role in supporting clinical trial success by developing accurate pricing strategies, high‑quality client proposals, and commercial documentation that enable efficient study execution and business growth.

As a Pricing and Proposals Lead, you will partner with Sales, Finance, Project Management, Product, and Science teams to develop pricing, proposals, Statements of Service, and Change Orders for clinical trial opportunities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering accurate, compliant, and customer‑focused commercial documents.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop pricing proposals, Statements of Service (SOS), and Change Orders using Clario and client templates
  • Review, analyze, and interpret Requests for Proposal (RFPs), protocols, and client requirements in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Product Leads, Science, and operational teams to develop competitive and accurate pricing strategies for client projects
  • Support pricing reviews for large, complex clinical trials and strategic programs
  • Deliver high‑quality proposal and pricing documentation within established timelines
  • Perform peer reviews of pricing, proposal, and commercial documents to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate budget, pricing, and project information within internal systems and CRM platforms
  • Ensure proper document management and storage in accordance with departmental procedures
  • Contribute to the enhancement of templates, processes, and workflow efficiencies
  • Support interdepartmental initiatives, team training, and continuous improvement activities
  • Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • 3+ years of experience in life sciences, clinical research, pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industries
  • Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical industry terminology, processes, and practices preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams
  • Professional, proactive, and customer‑focused approach with a positive attitude
