Job Description

Responsible for preparing market pricing and sales analytics, maintaining SAP/BI data accuracy, and supporting regional pricing strategies. The role enables data-driven decisions through transparent reporting, competitive price positioning, and proactive support to sales teams across Southeast Asia and the Pacific.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain base prices and recommended resale price lists (RRP)

  • Manage local price conditions in SAP and support project teams

  • Handle operative pricing enquiries (MTP calculation, approvals, campaign pricing)

  • Provide analysis on profitability vs. competitive positioning

  • Support sales teams with pricing recommendations and transparency

  • Analyze sales performance by country, segment, channel, and product group

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Ensure data consistency across CRM, SAP, and BI tools

  • Support product launches, campaigns, and yearly/ad-hoc pricing forecasts

  • Conduct training for sales engineers on pricing systems and processes

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or Data Analytics

  • ~3 years’ experience in business process management

  • Industrial B2B environment experience preferred

  • Proficiency in CRM, SAP, BI tools (MicroStrategy, Spotfire), and MS Office

  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills
