Industrious is the largest premium flexible workspace company in the world, operating over 250 locations across 10 countries as part of the CBRE portfolio. We design workplaces where teams feel welcomed, supported, and able to do their best work. The same principle guides how we work together as a company.
Right now, the pricing judgment for Industrious's existing North America private office portfolio sits with one person who has built deep expertise in it: knowing which renewals need a bump, which office needs a promotion instead of a price cut, and which market is quietly slipping. That person is moving on to bigger things, and we need someone to step into that seat, formalize what works, and keep roughly 200 price changes a month running accurately, on time, and grounded in real conversations with the General Managers who run our buildings.
This is a Pricing Analyst, Revenue Management role, reporting into the pricing team. You will own business-as-usual pricing execution for the existing North America private office portfolio, with the scope to grow into other products and regions as the team expands.
You start the morning scanning the pricing dashboard and notice a suite at 1411 Broadway that hasn't sold in weeks, while the identical suite next door is occupied at full list price. The GM has asked for a price cut. You pull the tour and application data, see it's a single-unit problem rather than a market problem, and decide a one-month promotion makes more sense than dropping the list price and setting up a harder renewal conversation down the road.
By mid-morning, you are on the phone with a GM in Nashville, walking through why an entire category of seven-to-nine person offices isn't moving. You ask about tour volume, application quality, and whether the floor plans still fit what people are searching for. You leave the call with a plan, and the GM leaves it feeling like someone actually looked at their building, not just their numbers.
In the afternoon, you work through the week's renewal batch, running each one against the pricing logic the team uses to decide what gets pushed through and what needs a second look. You flag one segment where occupancy has slipped two months running, log it for deeper review, and jot down a note on the decision tree so the next person doesn't have to relearn it from scratch.
You close the day updating the system with the changes you've made, checking your numbers against the portfolio report, and sending a short note to your manager on the one call that needs a decision above your pay grade.
This role leans on Problem Solving, because variance analysis only matters if you can turn a pattern in the data into a clear recommendation. It leans just as heavily on Communication, because the GMs you work with need to hear from a real person, not just see a system update. And it runs on Ownership and Bias for Action: at 200 changes a month, you move decisions forward with the information you have rather than waiting for certainty.
The base salary for this role is $80,000 to $85,000, depending on experience, skills, and role alignment. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus and participation in our long term incentive program.
