For our headquarters in Madrid, we are looking for a Pricing Analyst

Mission

You will play a central role in commercial decision-making, operating at the intersection of trading, risk management, and sales. You will ensure that pricing reflects market conditions, risk-adjusted margins, and compliance with internal governance, contributing directly to portfolio profitability and the company's competitive positioning.

Functions

  • Design, develop, and maintain pricing models for B2B, industrial, and key account clients across electricity and natural gas portfolios.
  • Analyze the full cost stack for electricity and gas supply to customers
  • Support the structuring and valuation of complex offers such as fixed-price contracts, pool-indexed contracts (OMIE), hybrid formulas, flexible contracts, multi-site deals, and standard corporate PPAs.
  • Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario modeling on cost components to assess offer competitiveness and associated risk exposure.
  • Ensure all pricing models comply with internal governance procedures and delegation of authority frameworks.
  • Ensure the implementation of and compliance with the organization's Health & Safety, Diversity, Cybersecurity, Environmental, Sustainability, Ethics, and Compliance policies, as well as its defined procedures and processes.
  • These duties may be performed as a whole or in part by the holders of this position, without prejudice to any other tasks that may be assigned in accordance with their qualifications, training, and experience

Minimum requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • More than 3 years in a Utility in similar posts or Trading company
  • Experience with Python
  • Solid knowledge of Iberian energy market structure and mechanisms and Spanish regulatory framework
  • Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
