About the Role… As a Pricing Analyst, you'll use data and insights to support pricing decisions, identify opportunities and drive commercial outcomes across our brands.

What You'll Be Doing…

  • Turn Data into Insights - Analyse sales, customer, pricing and competitor data to identify trends, opportunities and business risks.
  • Influence Pricing Decisions - Deliver reporting and actionable recommendations that support pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Optimise Commercial Performance - Evaluate pricing performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, margin and profitability.
  • Monitor the Market - Track competitor activity, benchmark pricing and provide insights on market movements and positioning.
  • Partner Across the Business - Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Operations and Data teams to drive outcomes.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement - Enhance pricing reports, processes and analytics while measuring the impact of pricing changes and supporting ongoing capability uplift.

What We're Looking For… While direct pricing experience is beneficial, we're most interested in individuals with strong analytical skills, commercial curiosity and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

What You Bring…

  • Strong Analytical Capability -Logical thinker with the ability to analyse data, identify trends and solve complex business problems.
  • Commercial Curiosity - Naturally inquisitive with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for uncovering opportunities that drive business performance.
  • Technical Foundations - Strong Excel capability (Intermediate–Advanced), experience working with large datasets and writing SQL queries. Exposure to Python, pricing, commercial analytics, merchandising or retail environments will be highly regarded.
  • Insight to Action - Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that support business decision-making.
  • Proactive & Outcome Focused - Takes initiative, identifies opportunities independently and follows through to deliver results.
  • Stakeholder Influence - Confident building relationships and influencing stakeholders across a large, cross-functional organisation.
