PRICING ANALYST (12-MONTHS CONTRACT) – CONSUMER – ADELAIDE

About the role

• Perform pricing analysis, reporting and modelling to analyse the portfolio and pricing performance.
• Provide insights from analysis and modelling to support pricing decisions and recommendations and competitive and commercial considerations to achieve strategic objectives.
• Implement best practice pricing models, including quote conversion, customer retention, claims performance and pricing scenarios.
• Implement initiatives to support continuous refinement of pricing models to ensure accuracy of models and reflect best practice frameworks.

About you

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (actuarial or related).
• Previous experience in a similar role within Pricing and preferably in General Insurance
• Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency, with experience using SQL and practical experience using a Pricing software for data analysis
• Ability to interpret and analyze data, using findings to influence decision-making.
• Confident communicator, capable of translating complex data and communicating effectively to diverse audiences.
• Passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
