Performs pricing analysis of all new and existing parts or accessories to be entered into the Oracle parts database system. Actively administers existing parts or accessories through market-based pricing strategies to stay competitive in an ever-changing industry. Reviews market-based competitive data, aftermarket and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) pricing, and warranty usage information and communicates with Subaru Corporation (SBR), Subaru of Indiana Automotive (SIA), and vendor partners in course of work. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED SKILLS & PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Intermediate to advanced data analytics experience
Ability to think critically with problem-solving capabilities in a constantly-fluctuating market.
Pricing experience preferred
Ability to work independently and perform financial data analysis on large data sets.
Ability to collaborate with team members both on- and off-site
Excellent math skills with accuracy and an exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with both internal and external partners in a professional manner.
Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Access).
Familiarity with Oracle applications, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), and Qlik
Practical automotive technical knowledge and the ability to navigate a parts catalog preferred
Prior experience with pricing optimization software preferred
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree and 4 to 6 years of progressive experience required. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics preferred.

Office Location: Camden, NJ apart of the Greater Philadelphia Area (Philly)
Hybrid Role: Hybrid Role - Remote work 2 days per week (after 90 days) [Wednesdays & Fridays]
Required Travel: 10%
COMPENSATION: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $72000 - $95000 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on your performance. (Internal Job Grade: P2)
