Acute Care TechnologyThe Pricing Administrator I is responsible for maintaining pricing strategies across all ZOLL ACT pricing systems and modules, including Oracle 11i, SAP, and Oracle Cloud. This role supports pricing activities across multiple departments and locations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates. The Pricing Administrator I is responsible for maintaining pricing strategies across all ZOLL ACT pricing systems and modules, including Oracle 11i, SAP, and Oracle Cloud. This role supports pricing activities across multiple departments and locations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Functions

  • Create, update, and maintain all price lists and pricing strategies for the ZOLL ACT business.
  • Load executed pricing agreements into Oracle/SAP systems and associated tools.
  • Maintain the master price file and ensure data accuracy.
  • Perform periodic updates to price lists and republish price books as needed.
  • Manage pricing strategies for all local subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate with Global Contracts to ensure accurate customer alignment and pricing.
  • Serve as a primary contact for changes to price lists, pricing agreements, and pricing strategies.
  • Use technology and process improvements to enhance pricing accuracy, scalability, and timeliness.
  • Support general market access activities as required.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to improve pricing data quality and reporting outputs.
  • Support customer service/order management teams by resolving pricing inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Perform advanced pricing and operational tasks with minimal supervision
  • Apply independent judgment to complete assignments accurately and efficiently
  • Handle non‑routine issues that require thoughtful analysis and creative problem‑solving
  • Manage and maintain data, pricing tools, and system workflows with a high level of accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members and provide support when needed, while working autonomously on core responsibilities
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management
  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Extensive experience in pricing operations or related functions


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Microsoft Excel required.
  • Experience with Oracle/SAP preferred.
  • Oracle Pricing Strategies experience highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Extensive experience in pricing operations or related functions
  • Strong understanding of operational procedures, systems, and data workflows
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage complex tasks
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

The hourly pay rate for this position is:

$23.80 to $30.00
