We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing Admin Center professional to join our team. In this role, you will support customer experience and business operations by managing, filing, and maintaining detailed administrative data related to pricing and service rates. You will ensuring smooth operational workflows, accurate quotation generation, and seamless cross-functional coordination within the business.
Quotation and Request Management: You will create, update, and follow up on quotations as well as Requests for Pricing Approval (RPA) within integrated pricing systems.
Master Data Maintenance: You will input and maintain quotation master rates, as well as accurately enter quotations into the Decision Support System (DSS).
Process Finalization: You will process Master Agreements (MA) and complete all administrative pricing finalization procedures.
Documentation and Rate Filing: You will systematically file, maintain, and archive all service rates and pricing records to ensure complete data integrity and accessibility.
System Integration and Maintenance: You will maintain quotation data across integrated pricing platforms and coordinate with related functions to ensure optimal system performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will communicate and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service and Documentation, Pricing, Trade, and Finance or Accounts Receivable teams.
Process Improvement and Projects: You will support ongoing system migration and enhancement initiatives while actively recommending opportunities for system simplification and procedure optimization.
Performance Expectations: Expected deliverables include rapid turnaround times with quotations created in under one hour, maintaining zero mistakes in master rate entry, and proactively escalating rate discrepancy issues to management in a timely manner.
Education and Experience: Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline. Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants with no prior experience are fully welcome to apply.
Technical Competencies: Applicants better have basic knowledge of cargo, containers, and shipping operations, covering both marine and land logistics. Familiarity with shipping terminology, terms of shipment, routes, and liner services is required. Strong digital literacy is essential, including proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel functions and digital collaboration platforms such as Teams and Zoom. Exposure to enterprise resource planning platforms or logistics management systems is considered an advantage.
