About the Role
As a Life and Health Pricing Actuary, you will play a key role in pricing life and health reinsurance business across all of Continental Europe, with a focus on the German market. You will provide high quality actuarial input into cross functional teams and client engagements, contributing to both new business development and the management of in-force portfolios.
You will collaborate closely with underwriting, client management, reporting, and product development teams, and develop a deep understanding of the L&H reinsurance market.

Our Regional Pricing team operates within L&H Continental Europe and is responsible for delivering reinsurance pricing across a wide range of products in Continental European markets, including Germany.
We work in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment, partnering with colleagues across pricing, client management, business management, underwriting, claims, and reporting teams.

For Germany, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 69.000 and EUR 115.000 for a full-time role. The specific salary offered considers:
• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role
• the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience
In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.
