Minimum 7-10 years' experience, Short-Term Insurance pricing, Actuarial modelling, Predictive analytics and data science, SQL, Python, R, SAS, or similar tools.
Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying pricing models and predictive analytics solutions. Proven ability to translate complex analytical insights into commercial outcomes and strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and monitor pricing models for Short-Term Insurance products.
• Apply actuarial and data science techniques to improve pricing accuracy and profitability.
• Analyse internal and external data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Support the development of predictive models and machine learning solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Underwriting, Finance, Risk, Product, and Distribution.
• Deliver data-driven insights to support business growth and portfolio optimisation.
• Ensure pricing practices align with regulatory and governance requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical tools, methodologies, and processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Progress towards or completion of professional actuarial qualifications will be advantageous.
• Experience within the Short-Term Insurance industry, specifically in pricing, predictive analytics, or actuarial modelling.
• Proficiency in analytical and statistical tools such as Python, R, SAS, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex analytical findings into practical business recommendations.
