YOUR ROLE

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

• Assign as shift leader during silent hours
• Able to perform daily machine 5S and maintenance.
• Able to carry out minor repair and improvement on equipment.
• Able to lead a team of Technicians and be accountable for mistakes.
• Manage parts repair and control without guidance.
• Handle equipment audit and improvement.
• Able to do machine setup and installation.
• Able to support multiple types of tools with CM expertise.
• Shift leader for PM task and manpower assignment and be accountable for mistakes.
• To assist PM Technician/Bayleader on equipment related issues.
• To assist AME/Engineer to carry out tool setup, engineering qualification & evaluation.
• To feedback to tool owner/PM Co-ordinator and involves in Equipment schedule and procedure improvement.
• To be able to hands-on on corrective action.
• To oversee PM schedule and ongoing PM activities to ensure each PM is carried out smoothly and properly.
• Adhere strictly to safety rules and regulations in order to prevent mishaps from occurring.
• Must go to the site for data collection (SPC).
• To perform daily system walk on respective site.
• To conduct daily preventive/corrective maintenance for respective system.
• 5S housekeeping on areas owner.
• Attend to Operation feedbacks on issue.
• To perform service quality check.
• Encourage participation with ESS.
• To be directed by superior to carry out activities towards the Environment, Health and Safety programs in daily work.
• Need to engage/participate in CIP & iFIT improvements.
• Assignment of minor projects work.
• Able to help Engineers with manpower assignment to ensure 100% PM on time.
• Assign as shift leader during silent hours
• Comply to the company’s security policy by adhering to the access privilege, control structures defined.
• Recognize security incidents or suspected problems by identifying abnormalities and reporting violations.
• Complete the annual security discipline refresher web-training and eQuiz.
• Support or participate in periodic audits, where needed, to determine security violations and inefficiencies.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• ITE or Polytechnic Certificate
• 1 years of Maintenance experience
• Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite..;
• English proficiency
