What Are We Looking For?
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible as site electrical chargeman
To maintain all plant equipment and machinery at its optimum operating condition
To carried out planned preventive maintenance
To minimize unexpected breakdown
To co-ordinate with spare parts supplier, service agent and contractor to ensure problems are troubleshoot immediately
Key Tasks:
Carried out day to day repair and maintenance job
Carried out scheduled preventive maintenance
Maintain and upkeep all maintenance related data and records as required by Hempel Group
Minimize dependent to external contractor on carrying out repair or maintenance job
Work as a team closely with production, QC and other plant department
Maintain maintenance spare part stocks accuracy
Ensure adherence to site safety all time
Required experience and education:
Min AO chargeman cert is required
Min Technical certificate, above will be added advantage
3+ years’ experience in manufacturing industry
Knowledge on electrical, pneumatic & mechanical machinery related to paint processing will be added advantage
Read, write and speak fluent Malay
Read, write and speak simple English
Computer literate
