We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rugby to assist with the appointment of a Prevention, Data & Outcomes Lead, on a 4-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £20.14 - £25.61 per hour

Prevention, Data & Outcomes Lead role supporting Housing Advice & Enabling services, including waiting lists, rough sleeping, homelessness, and strategy. The position focuses on driving service improvement, using data to enhance outcomes, and supporting operational delivery across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead service improvement initiatives across housing teams.
• Work across waiting list management, homelessness, and rough sleeping services.
• Analyse data to drive performance and improve outcomes.
• Support delivery of housing strategies and service enhancements.
• Provide leadership and oversight, including line management responsibilities.

Essentials:

• Proven experience in housing services and service improvement roles.
• Strong line management background.
• Experience working with homelessness, rough sleeping, or housing advice services.
• Ability to analyse data and drive performance outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
• You should have right to work in U.K
• This role requires a Basic DBS
