Daarnaast voer je risicoanalyses in overleg met de productiemedewerkers, onderzoek je incidenten en werk je mee aan noodplannen en verbeterprojecten. Je ondersteunt audits, trekt veiligheidsprojecten en zorgt dat veiligheid altijd top of mind blijft. Met jouw coaching- en communicatievaardigheden stimuleer je een sterke veiligheidscultuur.
