✔ Diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau II (met ambitie om niveau I op termijn te behalen)
✔ Ervaring Minstens 5 jaar in bouw of technische installaties Andere sectoren tellen niet.
✔ Communicatiekracht Je overtuigt zonder belerend te zijn—van arbeiders tot directie.
✔ Hands-on Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig, praktisch ingesteld en durft door te pakken.
✔ Analytisch & gestructureerd Je koppelt cijfers en procedures aan concrete acties.
✔ Talen Nederlands uitstekend, Frans is mooi meegenomen.
