Preventative MaintenanceResponsible for the preventive maintenance of building mechanical systems and equipment on a scheduled and occasional basis. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community and school clientele. Essential Physical Requirements: • Constant lifting five (5) to twenty (20) pounds. • Frequent lifting twenty (20) to fifty (50) pounds. • Occasional lifting over fifty (50) pounds. • Frequent climbing stairs and ladders. • Constant bending, squatting, standing, reaching, sitting, walking, kneeling, crawling, stooping, repetitive motions. • Frequent overhead work.
--- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems, such as motor lubrication, filters, pumps, belts, valves, etc.
--- Inspect all systems and equipment on a regular basis.
--- Make determinations on necessary preventive maintenance activities.
--- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities with other trades.
--- Makes recommendations for purchase of equipment and supplies.
--- Maintain necessary records and reports.
--- May be responsible for maintenance of back flow systems.
--- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
