Our technicians are provided with professional grade equipment and comprehensive training. <strong><em>We have openings for Sunday-Thursday.  Must be able to work both day shifts and some night shifts.<br>We are looking for someone willing to advance to the Leadership opportunities available.<br></em></strong><br>
</div><div>Responsibilities and Duties</div><ul>
<li>Pressure-washing, window cleaning, graffiti removal and use of window cleaning equipment (long poles, ladders, lifts, and water-fed poles).  </li>
<li>Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines</li>
<li>All season indoor and outdoor work</li>
<li>Position requires an eye for detail</li>
<li>Be a team player and have a positive attitude</li>
<li>Be courteous and focused on clients’ needs</li>
<li>Able to pick up and carry 50lbs. on a regular basis<br><br>

</ul><div>Qualifications and Skills</div><ul>
<li>Due to policies from the medical Clients we service, if asked, you must be able to show proof of vaccination </li>
<li>Previous pressure-washing experience is a plus</li>
<li>Knowledge of ladder, man lift and boom work is also a plus</li>
<li>Mechanically inclination</li>
<li>Solution based mindset</li>
<li>Take pride in your work</li>
</ul><div>Education and Experience: </div><ul><li>Experience cleaning high-end construction is a plus, but not required.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong><em>Benefits</em></strong></div><ul>

<em>Starting</em> <em>Wages from </em><strong><em>$28 - $42 </em></strong><em>per hour DOE, Overtime available with Management approval.</em>
