Maison Margiela is a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. Celebrating unconventional aesthetics and embracing the philosophy that fashion is an art of expression rather than a cult of personality, Maison Margiela offers haute couture, ready-to-wear for women and men, contemporary line MM6, footwear, interior design, and accessories, including leather goods, fine jewelry and fragrance.
In 2002, the French house became part of OTB. Along with sister brands of the group, Maison Margiela continues pushing the boundaries of modern fashion while preserving its distinctive identity and heritage.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collection inventory management
- Manage collection inventory for MM6 and MM via Launchmetrics and STEALTH
- Manage seeding inventory via Launchmetrics and STEALTH
Showroom & Sample Management
- Showroom management: ensure the showroom is a clean, organized, and presentable space, prepare for key appointments, manage collections turnover
- Maintain an up-to-date overview of all samples and seeding inventory
- Manage collection retrieval after-sales campaigns
- Coordinate collections return at the end of each season
- Coordinate collection archiving
- Manage sample deliveries
- Manage showroom supplies stock and orders
Order Management
- Manage sample sets and seeding units orders for both MM & MM6
- Coordinate orders with production and merch teams
- Monitor order deliveries timelines and ensure completeness
Internal Requests
- Support internal campaigns needs for both MM and MM6
- Manage internal teams’ requests (meetings, reviews, webinars, sales showrooms, e-commerce shoots, etc.)
- Ensure accurate tracking and follow-up of all sample movements
Seeding Coordination
- Support press, digital, and celebrity gifting activities
- Prepare, pack, and track shipments; ensure delivery confirmation
- Coordinate seeding with agents and stylists
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date overview of gifting stock
Profile:
- Fluent French and English required
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- High level of rigor and attention to detail
- Minimum 1 year experience at a similar role
- Knowledge of Launchmetrics
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to work in a team environment with a collaborative and diplomatic mindset
