Job Description

As a Press Office Intern, you will join the Corporate Communication team and support daily press office and external communication activities.

You will have the opportunity to develop your communication and writing skills in an international and dynamic environment, contributing to the creation of engaging and high-quality content for different audiences and communication channels.

In particular, you will:

  • Support the writing and editing of press releases, articles, news, corporate texts and communication materials, adapting tone of voice and language to different target audiences and channels.
  • Contribute to the preparation of media content, press kits, briefings and presentations.
  • Support the management of relationships with journalists, media and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor daily media coverage and support press reviews and media monitoring activities.
  • Contribute to the identification and development of relevant corporate stories and communication opportunities.
  • Support the organization of press conferences, interviews, media events and corporate initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and communication colleagues to collect information and transform technical or business topics into clear, accurate and engaging written content.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of press office databases, editorial materials and communication channels.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ongoing or recently completed, in Communication, Journalism, Humanities, Languages, Marketing or a related field.

Experience and Know-how:

  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with particular attention to grammar, style and clarity.
  • Ability to structure information and turn complex topics into simple, effective and engaging texts.
  • Excellent command of Italian and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Interest in journalism, media relations, corporate communication and current affairs.
  • Previous experience in writing articles, university publications, blogs, social media content or editorial projects will be considered a plus.

Additional Information

What We Offer:

  • Duration: 6 Months Full Time Internship (Curricular or Extracurricular);
  • Internships foresee reimbursement at Bosch Italia. Depending on the level of your education, you will reimbursed with 700/900 euros (gross)/month;
