Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Press Brake Operator role in Clackamas, OR. Key Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal components according to specifications.
· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
· Perform machine adjustments and tooling changes as needed to maintain production quality.
· Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality standards.
· Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
· Load and unload materials while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
· Follow all company safety procedures and maintain compliance with workplace standards.
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; prior press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred.
· Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment accurately.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
· Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
