As a Press Brake Operator at McLanahan, you'll play a critical role in transforming raw material into precision-formed components used throughout our equipment. In this hands-on position, you'll operate press brake equipment, interpret blueprints, verify measurements, and ensure parts are produced accurately, safely, and on schedule.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal parts according to engineering specifications.
Interpret mechanical drawings and complete layout work to ensure accurate bends, angles, and finished dimensions.
Use measuring tools, protractors, punches, and dies to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
Load and unload materials while utilizing overhead cranes and material handling equipment when needed.
Produce quality parts efficiently while meeting production schedules and customer requirements.
Perform basic equipment maintenance, keep workspaces organized, and support 5S and safety initiatives.
Learn additional equipment and processes while working closely with teammates to maintain a smooth production flow.
