This role will serve as subject matter expert toassistwith selling and executing projects and initiatives such as IDN standardization, large scale IDN Program Reviews, PBDS builds, and key marketing initiatives. ThePresourceBusiness Consultant willbe responsible forquarterbacking and progressing these projects with efficiency and profitable speed to impact within their assigned geographies. Builds andmaintainsrelationship with key decision makers or potential influencers as well as reps and RD’s within their geographies

Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, & support existing programgoalsand build project roadmaps for life of contract
Conduct Supply chain assessments with resources
Provide guidance on large-scale program reviews from start to finish
Develop standardization strategies and lead discussions with customers
Demonstrate advanced knowledge & understanding ofPresourcevalue prop and articulate value to customers
Consultbuyers and promoteCardinalHealththrough participation in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows
Utilizeand update sales tools to accurately address trends in existing base of business, create call strategies, andto manageterritory and strategic business plans
Completeall administrative requirements ina timelyand comprehensive manner (expenses, compliance, salesforce.com, as directed)
Meet andmaintainthe requirements of all key vendor credentialing entities
Maintainknowledge of the current industry / competitive landscapeincluding,GPOs, healthcare economics, reimbursement,competitorsand competitive products etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’sDegree and/ or Advanced Degree in related fieldpreferred, or equivalent work experience
5 +years of Operating Roomor kittingexperience preferred
End to End understand of procedural supply-chain, strong customer, kitting, and industry knowledge preferred
Financial acumen and results accountability; effective business acumen, presentation, and communication skills
Understanding of customer buying process that enables effective management of sales pipeline
Strong influencing skills, ability to work cross-functionally
Effective project management, organization, prioritizationskillsand analytical capabilities
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of acute care and customer industry (e.g., key competitors, technology, terminology, regulations)
High degree of flexibility
A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 States with a clean driving record
Ability to travel50%
Customer/Vendor credentialing isrequired(this may include vaccinations). More details will be provided if you are selected for an interview
