Reproductive Equity Now is a New England-based advocacy organization dedicated to ensuring equitable access to the full spectrum of reproductive health care for all people, regardless of race, ethnicity, income, geography, gender, age, immigration status, ability, sexual orientation, or religion. Originally established in Massachusetts and now expanding its presence across the region, Reproductive Equity Now has emerged as a leading voice in the movement for reproductive freedom, advancing an integrated strategy that includes policy advocacy, grassroots organizing, public education, coalition building, and electoral engagement. Through its affiliated foundation, the organization also invests in research and public education to illuminate the structural inequities that continue to impede access to care and to build public will for lasting change.
This is a consequential moment for the organization and for the broader movement it serves. With growing visibility, expanded regional ambition, and a strong platform for impact, Reproductive Equity Now is exceptionally well positioned for its next phase of leadership. At a time when state-based advocacy has become increasingly essential to protecting and advancing reproductive freedom, this role offers the opportunity to lead an organization with a compelling mission, an established reputation, and significant potential to deepen its influence across New England while contributing to a broader national model for reproductive equity.
The President will serve as the chief executive and principal external leader of the organization, responsible for setting strategic direction, stewarding organizational health and sustainability, and advancing the mission with clarity, credibility, and vision. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President will lead a talented and deeply committed team, guide fundraising and board engagement efforts, cultivate key relationships with policymakers, donors, coalition partners, and community stakeholders, and serve as a persuasive public voice for the organization’s work. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned, values-driven executive with the capacity to lead through complexity, translate strategy into measurable progress, and position the organization for continued growth and influence. Above all, the next President will bring the judgment, presence, and commitment necessary to strengthen the organization internally while advancing bold, intersectional strategies to expand access to care and improve outcomes for communities across the region.
