Job Description


• A full-service exterior remodeling division of a larger corporation, backed by more than a century of innovation and recognized as a leading provider in the home improvement industry.
• Operates across 8 markets with headquarters in St. Louis, MO.

• The Chief Marketing Officer is seeking a strategic leader who can assume ownership of day-to-day marketing operations, allowing greater focus on enterprise-level strategy and business growth initiatives.

What the Position is About:
• The President of Marketing will lead all direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and drive measurable growth through high-performance direct-response strategies across 8 markets.
• Reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and serves as a key member of the senior leadership team.
• Owns the execution and performance of the marketing organization, ensuring every channel consistently generates qualified appointments while maintaining disciplined ROI standards.
• Responsible for leading multiple marketing functions including call center operations, canvassing, traditional marketing and other direct-to-consumer initiatives.
• Provides strategic direction, mentorship and accountability to marketing leaders while ensuring alignment with company goals and performance expectations.
• Partners closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to execute the company's growth strategy while building scalable systems and processes across all markets.
• Expected to develop leaders, drive accountability and effectively delegate responsibilities in order to manage the department from a strategic, enterprise-level perspective.
• Travel may be more frequent during onboarding and market assessments but is expected to stabilize based on operational needs.

The Right Candidate Will Have:
• Proven success leading high-volume direct-to-consumer or direct-response marketing organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong alignment with a culture centered on Accountability, Collaboration, Integrity and Trust.
• Strategic leadership capability with experience managing through metrics, reporting and organizational accountability.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and significant marketing budgets.
• Relentless focus on performance, continuous improvement and measurable results.
• Experience within home improvement, remodeling or related consumer services industries is beneficial but not required.
• Candidates from other industries will be considered if they possess strong leadership skills, a proven direct-response marketing background and the ability to adapt to a performance-driven environment.
