Jobresponsibilities

• Shape, plan, and implementthe strategic direction of the division.

• Drive global P&L performance across sales and manufacturing.

• Translate customer needs into actionable strategies that strengthen our value proposition.

• Develop a sales approach that clearlydemonstrateswhywe’rethe customers' first choice

• Enhance our offering andmarket-leading productsthrough focused, forward-looking plans.

• Identifyand develop future leaders while fostering a collaborative, sustainable, and performance-driven culture.

Location and flexibility

This role is based inZeltweg, Austria, and global travel is a natural and expected part of the job.

Your profile
Youhaveabackgroundingeneral management from globalenvironmentswhereyou’vebeenaccountableforprofit andloss.You’reconfidentnavigatingB2Bsalesand businessdevelopmentacrossdifferent markets, andyouknowhowtoconvertcustomerinsightsintoclearprioritiesandexecutionplans.

• Experience leading complex, international organizations.

• Strong record of delivering business results and strategic execution.

• High cultural awareness and ability to thrive in a global setting.

• Advanced verbal and written English skills;familiaritywithGerman isadvantageous

• A background in mining or construction is an advantage
