The President oversees a portfolio of market-leading businesses, including ADS, iPEK, Envirosight, WinCan, MyTana, Pipeline Renewal Technologies, Trebor, and Pulsafeeder, serving municipal water and wastewater, industrial water treatment, semiconductor, chemical and hydrocarbon processing, oil and gas, power generation, and government agency markets, globally. The President is responsible for the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the Intelligent Water portfolio. Success in the role is measured by the ability to strengthen market leadership, accelerate innovation, expand global reach, and create value through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the long-term strategic vision for Intelligent Water, delivering sustainable revenue growth, margin expansion, and long-term shareholder value creation.

  • Lead the global P&L portfolio, ensuring achievement of financial commitments, operational objectives, strategic priorities, and growth targets that outperform market trends.

  • Drive commercial excellence by strengthening market leadership, expanding customer relationships, improving pricing effectiveness, and identifying new growth opportunities across municipal, industrial, and specialty end markets.

  • Lead strategic M&A opportunities to expand capabilities, strengthen market positions, and realize growth and synergy objectives.

  • Strengthen operational performance through disciplined execution, continuous improvement initiatives, and effective management of global manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations.

  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing leadership team through talent assessment, leadership development, succession planning, organizational capability building, and the recruitment and development of future General Managers and enterprise leaders.

  • Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement while driving high levels of employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

  • Partner closely with FMT and enterprise leadership to align business strategies, communicate performance, and ensure Intelligent Water's priorities support broader segment and enterprise objectives.

  • Represent Intelligent Water with customers, industry associations, acquisition targets, government agencies, investors, and other key stakeholders to strengthen the company's reputation and expand growth opportunities.

Attributes & Skills:

  • Risk & Ambiguity Management Acts decisively and sets clear organizational direction under conditions of uncertainty or incomplete data without over-relying on corporate consensus.

  • Boundary Influence & Collaboration Skillfully navigates complex matrix structures to align the interests and expectations of diverse internal and external stakeholders, winning concessions without damaging critical executive relationships.

  • Servant Leadership & Presence Inspires followership across geographies and levels by practicing humility, removing unnecessary organizational complexity, and connecting platform execution directly to enterprise purpose.

  • Continuous Learning Agility Demonstrates heightened self-awareness, actively seeks out diverse feedback without defensiveness, and quickly masters the nuances of new technical businesses or evolving market landscapes

Qualifications:
