
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented President Director to lead a well-established engineering and manufacturing company in Indonesia. This executive role is ideal for a seasoned leader with deep industry expertise, strong operational acumen, and a clear vision for long-term business growth and organizational excellence.
Strategic Direction: Define and drive the companys overall strategic goals, ensuring alignment with shareholder objectives and market opportunities.
Business Operations: Oversee all aspects of operations, including engineering, production, finance, HR, sales, and supply chain, ensuring operational efficiency and high performance.
Financial Oversight: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Ensure fiscal responsibility and strong financial governance.
Leadership & People Management: Build and develop a high-performing leadership team. Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and business development initiatives to expand the companys presence in domestic and regional markets.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the company, shareholders, board members, and external partners.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with local regulations, labor laws, environmental standards, and corporate governance practices.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, with a focus on quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
Minimum 15 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
Strong track record of managing complex operations, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering business growth.
Deep understanding of the Indonesian business environment, labor laws, and industrial regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Japanese language skills are a plus.
