The CEO will provide executive leadershipto advance high-quality patient care and improve the health of the Perry County community, in alignment with Board direction. The CEO will set and execute strategic priorities for PCMH and the Deaconess Health System, ensure excellence across all care settings, serve as a trusted advisor to the Board on organizational needs and healthcare trends, lead system growth in partnership with the Executive Team, and coach and develop senior leaders to drive performance and accountability.

Education
Master’s degree required (Health Care Administration or related field preferred)
Experience
Minimum of four years as a vice president and/or chief operations officer in a health system required
Operations responsibility, strategic planning, and facilities management
Creating joint venture, negotiating, team building, and managed care are necessary
