A highly profitable, independent multi-family office seeks entrepreneurial President to guide the organization through its next stage of growth and leadership succession. The President will oversee the private wealth, family office, investment, and real estate functions while remaining personally engaged with sophisticated families, advisors, and prospective clients.

Requirements
- At least 15 years of leadership experience within wealth management, a family office, or a closely related ultra-high-net-worth advisory environment.
- Demonstrated success winning significant new family relationships and expanding business with existing clients, family offices, foundations, and centers of influence.
- A collaborative leadership style, executive-level communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to develop leaders while holding teams accountable.
